Matrimonial Dispute Valuations We have extensive experience in providing property asset valuations for matrimonial dispute purposes. The valuation of property is often required by legal advisors, representatives or by Direction of the Court, it is normally carried out as an Expert Witness report complying with Part 25 of the Family Procedure Rules 2010. Matrimonial Dispute Valuations where directed by the court are carried out by way of appointment as a “Single Joint Expert” appointed jointly by the Parties’ Solicitors (or in default the Court), with responsibility solely to the Court as our Client. We can carry these out on all types of residential property and most commercial property. We have experience in valuing licensed premises, restaurants, equestrian facilities, shops, offices, warehouses and partly completed developments for matrimonial purposes. If it becomes necessary, we also have long term experience in giving oral evidence in Court regarding the valuation and are also able to respond to written questions submitted by either Party under the provisions of the Civil Procedure Rules. |
